Maison Martin Margiela Spring 2015

In his debut, John Galliano for Maison Martin Margiela lived up to all expectations from the archives of past Margiela masterpieces, taking cues and turning it into something bigger. The collection featured the same sense of beautiful pain that Margiela always seemed to create with a new sense of mixed textures from vintage to the surreal. The show featured a burlesque meets Mexico’s “Dio de Muertos”, creating a fun vibe with a amazing array of color and near-perfect construction.
